How many boxes should I buy?
  1. If you have 1-2 people at your home, then try with 1 box. If the guys at home like our sweet, which we are sure of, you can buy more next time. 
  2. If you have more than 3 persons at home go for 3 boxes.
I want to give Pootharekulu as a Gift. How many packets shall I buy?
Jaggery Kaju-Badam-Pista Pootharekulu is our best seller and people have rated it highly. So choose this one and depending on the number of people at his or her home/office, choose pack of 2 or pack of 3.
Small birthday party at home. How many boxes should I buy?
If the expected number of people are less than 50, 2 combos will be sufficient. Our Combos are at a lesser price than if you buy the same packs separately.
We have an event and may be 100+ people will attend. How many should I buy?
Buy minimum of 4 combos. Each combo will have a minimum of 30 pieces. So plan accordingly.
We have an event for 100 -1000 people. How many should I buy?

Either buy combos or directly Contact us for bulk orders to our mail help@atpu.in. We recommend the quantity and send you accordingly.

What is Puthareku/ Poothareku?
Puthareku is a special kind of sweet made with thin layers of Rice Flour stuffed with Sugar or Jaggery powder. Often stuffed with dry fruits and made with ghee, its heavenly in every bite. It's a delight to eat putharekulu and is often served on special occasions.

In plural form it is said as Putharekulu. People also write as Poothareku or Pootharekulu. If pronouncing Putharekulu is difficult for you, call it as papersweet. Because the word Pootharekulu translates to thin layer which are usually as thin as a paper. Hence the name paper sweet.
Do you ship to all locations in India?

Yes, we shipped to almost all the places in India successfully. No matter where your residence location is, our Atpu will say hello to you. The farthest shipment travelled 1307kms, reached Andaman many times.

Do you ship to foreign countries like US, Canada, Europe etc.?

Currently, we are dealing with different logistic companies for the best transit and safe deliveries. Very soon, Our Atpu putharekulu will be in your houses.

Which Materials are used for Packing?

High density and non-breakable cartons, exclusively wrapped to avoid any damage to our products in shipping and transit. Utmost care and research have been done for the safe delivery.

What types of Payment modes are allowed in Atpu.in?

We allow all modes of payments and use Razorpay for trusted gateway service. UPI, phonepe, googlepay, paytm, visa, master cards are often used in our website .

How to track my order package?
After we ship your package, you will receive the tracking details via email. Please check your email once. If you did not receive the same, please contact our support. 
Have you placed the order and did not receive any confirmation?
When you place the order, you will receive the order confirmation via email. If you provide mobile number at the time of placing the order, you will get a confirmation SMS also. If you don't receive any confirmation, first of all, please don't panic. 

Check your email spam/junk/promotions folder. Mostly the email will be there. If still it is not there send us an email to help@atpu.in or putharekulu.atreyapuram@gmail.com . Our customer relations team will make sure you receive the confirmation.
What is the shelf life of the Putharekulu?
Putharekulu are generally good for more than 2 months. But just to be on the safe side, we prescribe eating them within 60 days. However, you will empty the pack within 2 days for sure, they are that good.
If I place order today, when will I receive the sweets?
All orders placed today will be prepared on the next day. After preparation is completed, we pack them as per the order and then hand over to our courier partners depending on the destination. 

Depending on where you are in India, it will take 3-5 days to reach you. 

Atreyapuram is a remote village in Andhra Pradesh. Nearest town is Rajahmundry. From there all the courier parcels are handled. There are various reasons why our parcels take 3 to 5 days to reach you. Couriers are charging very high prices to delivery in 3-5 days in the name of express delivery. 

So that's that. 90% all our parcels will reach you within 3 days. In case of delay beyond 5 days, we will take up with the courier partner to get them delivered soon.

We sell pootharekulu as a pack of 10 pieces each. Each piece weighs around 30grams to 35 grams. So our pack of 10 pieces weighs a minimum of 300 grams.
What is the price per KG Pootharekulu?
We sell pootharekulu as a pack of 10 pieces each. Each piece weighs around 25 grams to 30 grams. So our pack of 10 pieces weighs a minimum of 250 grams.

I want to cancel the order. What should I do?
We can cancel your order before we dispatch your order. Before we dispatch your order, we will cancel and refund you the amount. No questions asked. 

But once we hand over the package to the courier, it is almost impossible to take it back from the courier. So we cannot cancel the order after we hand over the sweet package to the courier partner.
How to eat Putharekulu?
Putharekulu literally means thin sheets. The outer layer of the sweet which you see is not plastic. The sheet is made from rice flour batter. Eat the role as a whole, you will love it.

After you place your order, the sweet will be prepared on the next day and dispatched on the same day. From then it will take 3 to 5 days to reach you.
