Refund policy

At atpu.in, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We put all our efforts to ensure that you get putharekulu of highest quality and on time. As this is a food product, Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and send to help@atpu.in

 

Refunds are not eligible in the following cases

  1. Delivery is getting delayed - While we try our level best to get the Putharekulu delivered to you as fast as we can, we can't guarantee the delivery within a certain range of time. If the sweet gets spoiled in the delivery then we 'll process the delivery but not otherwise. 
  2. You didn't like the sweet - It is unlikely but still We can't refund you just because you don't like our sweet. 
  3. You unroll our Puthareku - Putharekulu are meant be eaten as a whole. It should not be opened. Refund will not processed in such cases.

Refunds in case of Incomplete Orders

We want to emphasize that refunds will only be processed if a complete unboxing video of the received product is submitted. Additionally, it is mandatory to provide clear photos capturing the product from all six sides of the box. These measures are crucial for us to assess the condition and authenticity of the returned item.

We firmly adhere to this policy, and failure to provide the stipulated video or images may result in the inability to claim a refund.
