Our standard delivery time is 2-6 business days, however, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

Important Note:
- Packages are generally dispatched on the same day if we receive your order before 2 PM or else on the next Business day and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees if any will apply to each of them.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9AM to 7PM. Working days exclude public holidays, festivals and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
- No change in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.
- In the event of floods, heavy rains or other extreme weather conditions, ATPU reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- The delivery will not be redirected or redelivered to any address other than the one entered by the Customer.
- ATPU will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In the event of execution failure of such delivery, the customer shall continue to be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be possible.

Return Policy
At atpu.in, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality Pootharekulu and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that taste is a subjective matter and may not meet everyone's expectations.
Our Return & Refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not yet been dispatched and in the case of a damaged product received.
- In the event that a damaged product is received, please contact us at help@atpu.in with a photo/video of the damaged product and your order number within 24 hours of delivery. We will resend the sweet as soon as possible at our cost.
- Returns are not allowed just because you don't like the sweet or it doesn't meet your expectations. Taste is a subjective matter and we apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
- To request a refund, please contact us at help@atpu.in with your order number and reason for the refund request (Only in case of Damaged Product).
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
